Description
1. Order Customised Mugs For Corporate Gifting, Screen-Printed Not Stuck On

Most branded drinkware in this bracket carries a sticker or a wrap that lifts at the edge inside a fortnight. This takes a single-colour screen print applied directly to the mug wall, so there is no edge to peel. The matte composite absorbs ink slightly at the border, which suits a solid mark — a wordmark or a symbol in one colour reproduces cleanly. Fine gradients and photographic logos do not, and we say so before printing rather than after. Send your artwork and we will show you the single-colour version first.

2. Sustainable Corporate Gifts That Survive The Follow-Up Question

Rice husk is the shell removed from the grain during milling — produced in India in enormous volume as a by-product with no competing use. This mug is what happens when it is milled and moulded instead of burned. That is the whole claim, and it is the one we make. We do not claim plastic-free, because it is a resin-bound composite and it is not. Whoever signs off your gifting budget can ask the awkward version and the answer holds. Ask us for the material detail and we will send it.

3. Bulk Mugs For Office Rollouts, Employee Gifting And Client Sets

Onboarding intakes, Diwali lists, client sets going out before a quarter closes. This is a bulk object: it brands consistently across a run, it packs lighter than ceramic, and it arrives intact more often. Whether it is fifty for one floor or five hundred across regions, the print stays the same and the dispatch is pan-India. Send your headcount and your deadline to lock the batch.

Additional information
What a rice husk mug is made of, in numbers

Rice husk tableware is not husk alone. Milled husk fibre is loaded into a resin binder and moulded under heat. Published work on these composites tests husk loading anywhere from roughly 20 to 80 percent by weight depending on formulation, so "rice husk" describes a family of materials rather than one recipe. What that loading buys is stiffness — flexural strength rises as husk content rises. What it costs is impact toughness, which falls as loading rises. A manufacturer tunes between the two. That trade-off is why the honest claim for any husk mug is shatter-resistance rather than indestructibility, and why shatter-resistance is the claim we make.

Rice husk mug vs ceramic mug: weight and heat

Ceramic and glass conduct heat at roughly 1 to 4 watts per metre-kelvin. Resin-bound composites sit around an order of magnitude below that. Heat therefore moves from the drink to the outside of the wall more slowly, so a fresh cup is comfortable to pick up sooner and holds its temperature a little longer. On weight, husk composite runs about 0.9 to 1.6 grams per cubic centimetre against 1.5 to 2.6 for fired stoneware and porcelain. We are not quoting a maximum fill temperature, because that depends on the exact binder and loading and this unit has not been tested for it.

Reusable husk ware is not the same as disposable husk ware

There is a second, entirely different rice husk product sold under near-identical language: single-use pressed husk plates and cutlery, made to be thrown away after one meal and composted. This is not that. This is durable reusable ware, and its environmental argument rests on being kept and washed for years rather than on how fast it breaks down afterwards. If a supplier tells you a reusable husk mug is fully compostable, ask under what conditions and over what period.
Returns
Unbranded mugs in unused condition can be returned in original packaging; logo-printed orders are made to your artwork and are replaced only if damaged or misprinted.
Please note
Care — Top-rack dishwasher-safe. Hand-wash recommended for longevity. Avoid abrasive scrubbers and bleach-based cleaners, which dull the matte surface and shorten the life of the print.

Branding — Single-colour screen print, applied directly to the mug body. Send vector artwork where possible. We confirm placement and the single-colour version with you before printing. Share your logo and quantity to start a quote.
FAQs

Questions, answered

7
1We are shipping these to several offices. How do they hold up in transit compared to ceramic?
Better, and that is the main reason to choose them for bulk. Ceramic fails by fracture; husk composite absorbs impact instead. Expect chips or cracks under a hard enough knock, not a carton of fragments.
2My logo has three colours. Can you print it?
Not as-is. This takes a single-colour screen print, so a multi-colour logo has to be reduced to one colour or printed as a solid silhouette. Send your artwork and we will show you the single-colour version before anything is printed.
3What artwork format do you need for the print?
A vector file is best — AI, EPS, PDF or SVG. If you only have a PNG or JPEG it needs to be high resolution with a clean edge, and we will confirm whether it holds at print size before proceeding.
4Will the printed logo come off in the dishwasher?
Screen ink goes directly onto the body rather than sitting on a wrap or sticker, so there is no edge to peel. As with any print, repeated hot cycles and abrasive scrubbers will dull it faster than hand-washing.
5Is it lighter than a ceramic mug of the same size?
Yes, noticeably. Husk composite runs roughly 0.9 to 1.6 grams per cubic centimetre against 1.5 to 2.6 for fired stoneware and porcelain — the same size in the hand weighs meaningfully less, and costs less to ship in quantity.
6Can I see a sample before committing to a bulk order?
PENDING — Manish to confirm the sample policy, sample cost and whether it is adjusted against the bulk order.
7What is the minimum order quantity, and how long does a branded batch take?
PENDING — Manish to confirm MOQ and the lead time for a screen-printed batch.
