1. Order Categories

Ready Products

  • These are hampers/items that are always in stock.
  • Orders are processed and shipped within 24–48 hours of confirmation.
  • Domestic Delivery (India): 3–5 working days after dispatch.
  • International Delivery: 7–14 working days after dispatch, depending on country and customs clearance.

Pre-Order Products

  • Items tagged as Pre-Order are specially made-to-order after purchase.
  • Domestic Delivery (India): up to 14 days including processing and shipping.
  • International Delivery: up to 20 days including processing and shipping.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on All Orders.
  • No additional shipping costs apply for domestic or international deliveries.

3. Order Processing

  • All orders are verified, quality-checked, and packed before dispatch.
  • Orders placed before cut-off time will be processed the same day, others the next business day.
  • During peak festive seasons, order processing may take slightly longer.

4. Delivery and Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
  • Our courier partners will make up to two delivery attempts. If undelivered, the parcel may return to us.
  • Please ensure your delivery details (address, PIN code, contact number, landmark) are accurate to avoid delays.

5. Damages and Issues

  • All hampers are securely packed before dispatch.
  • If you receive a parcel with visible damage or tampering, please refuse to accept it and notify us immediately.
  • Claims for damaged, missing, or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery along with photos or an unboxing video at support@thehappinessstory.com.

6. International Orders

  • Delivery timelines depend on the destination country and customs clearance.
  • Import duties, customs fees, or taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the recipient.
  • We are not liable for delays due to customs, local courier handling, or unforeseen events.

7. Return of Undelivered Orders

  • If orders are returned to us (undelivered, refused, incorrect address), you may request reshipment.
  • Reshipment may require address confirmation and could involve additional charges.

8. Exceptions and Delays

  • During peak festive seasons (Diwali, Rakhi, Christmas, etc.), slight delays may occur. We will keep you informed.
  • Delivery timelines may vary for remote or hard-to-reach locations.
