THE EARBUDS

Apple AirPods Pro 3, in the manufacturer's own packaging. **On unbranded orders they ship retail-sealed** and the recipient opens the seal themselves. **On branded orders the unit is opened so the charging case can be printed or engraved**, which is worth knowing before you choose — see the branding note below.

THE MOUSE

Our transparent wireless mouse. The shell is clear, so the circuit board, the switches and the scroll mechanism are all visible — the reason people pick it up and turn it over before they use it. THE BOX

Rigid navy kappa board with a separate lift-off lid, a gold-foil logo and a gold satin ribbon, packed with kraft paper crinkle shred. Both items sit side by side in a single layer — no plastic insert, no foam, no vacuum tray. The lid comes off in one piece and the base holds its shape, which is what makes it a box people keep.

LOGO PRINTING, AND WHERE IT GOES

**All three pieces take your mark**, which is unusual at this level — most branded tech gifts put a logo on the box and leave the devices generic.

**The earbud charging case** takes a logo print or a **custom engraving**. It is the piece the recipient handles every day, so a mark there is seen more than anything else in the box. Note the trade-off honestly: applying it means the unit is opened, so **branded orders do not ship with the retail seal intact**. Unbranded orders do.

Returns

Hampers are not eligible for return, exchange or refund once the manufacturer's retail seal is broken, with the single exception of a hamper that arrives damaged in transit, which must be reported to the delivery partner at the time of delivery so the claim can be raised.

Please note

Keep both devices dry and out of direct heat. The manufacturer's own instructions govern charging, pairing and care for the earbuds, and their packaging carries them — keep the carton until the device is set up. Wipe the transparent mouse with a dry cloth; do not use solvents on the clear shell.
