WHY THIS WORKS AS RECOGNITION

The surface does the work. A printed sheet behind glass reads as administration — the same paper as the memo, in a frame. Printing onto jute fibre changes what the object is: the texture catches the light, the fibres show through the ink, and it has weight in the hand. People keep it on a wall instead of in a drawer, and that is the entire point of giving one.

It arrives finished. This is the practical difference from every print-your-own alternative. There is no artwork to lay out at 6pm, no printer that jams on thick stock, no cutting to size, no fiddling with a frame back the morning of the event. It is presented straight out of the packaging.

WHY THE JUTE FIBRE MATTERS

This is the whole product, so it is worth being specific about. The face of this frame is not paper and it is not card. It is a natural jute fibre board, and the certificate is printed straight onto it. Look closely at one and you can see individual fibres and slubs running underneath and through the lettering — the surface is never quite uniform, so no two are identical.

That does two things. It gives the object a physical presence a paper certificate cannot have, which is why it gets hung rather than filed. And it makes the award visibly not a printout, which is what a recipient is actually reading when they decide whether the recognition was considered or automated.

WHAT FULLY CUSTOMISABLE ACTUALLY MEANS

The entire face is yours. Your logo, your layout, your wording, the recipient's name, an authorising signature, your brand colours, and any seal or emblem you use. There is no template you have to fit into and no fixed border you have to design around.

For a single award, send the wording and we will set it. For a run, send your logo, the fixed wording and the name list, and every unit is produced to one consistent design with the individual details changed. You will see a proof before anything is printed.

MOUNTING IT, BOTH WAYS

A hanging hook is already fitted to the back, so it goes on a wall straight out of the box with a single nail or screw. A stand is included as well, for a desk, a reception counter, a shelf or a display cabinet.

This matters more than it sounds on a bulk order. When you send fifty awards to fifty people, you have no idea where any of them will end up — some go on a home office wall, most sit on a desk. Shipping an award that only does one of those means half of them get put away.

USING IT ACROSS A RECOGNITION PROGRAMME

The format works for the whole cycle rather than one event: employee of the month through the year, long-service milestones at five and ten years, annual appreciation, sales achievement, training and certification completions, farewells and retirements, and outward-facing recognition like dealer, distributor and channel partner certificates.

Wipe the face gently with a dry or barely damp soft cloth. The fibre surface is textured, so do not scrub it and do not use any solvent or spray cleaner — an abrasive takes the print off the raised fibres first. Keep it out of prolonged direct sunlight, as any printed surface will fade over years of it, and away from damp walls.

Personalised and printed-to-order items are not eligible for return, exchange or refund. The only exception is an item that arrives damaged in transit — this must be reported through the delivery partner at the time of delivery so the claim can be raised.
