Top 10 Corporate Gifting Companies in India (2026), Compared

Last updated 16 September 2026. Catalogue sizes are counted from each company's public sitemap on 11 September 2026; everything else is taken from the companies' own websites. We are on this list — see "How we ranked" for how we handled that.

Every list of "top corporate gifting companies in India" is written by a corporate gifting company, and every one of them ranks itself first. This one is no different in that respect, so it tries to be different in a more useful way: instead of adjectives, it compares the ten companies on the six things a buyer actually has to check before a purchase order goes out — minimum order quantity, GST invoicing, how the logo goes on, whether you can see a sample, where they deliver, and how much choice there really is. Where a company does not publish a fact, the table says so rather than guessing.

How we ranked the corporate gifting companies

1 of 10

3 of 10

1 of 10

on their public pages

Six criteria, each answerable from public information:

  1. Minimum order quantity (MOQ) — is it stated, and does it suit a 25-person team as well as a 2,000-delegate conference?
  2. GST invoicing — one GST invoice with HSN codes per order, stated on the site.
  3. Branding methods — print, engraving, embossing, and whether products or only packaging are branded.
  4. Samples — can a buyer hold one before committing to the run?
  5. Delivery — pan-India, multi-address to employee homes, and whether international is offered.
  6. Catalogue breadth — counted from the public sitemap, because "thousands of gifts" on a homepage is not a number.

We placed ourselves first because on those six we publish an answer to every one, in plain text, on our corporate gifts page. Where another company is the better fit — and for several buyer types one is — the profile says so.

The 10 corporate gifting companies in India

1. The Happiness Story — curated hampers and branded bulk gifts, facts stated up front

A gifting studio with a family tea heritage going back to 1994, now running corporate programmes for 500+ companies across India. Two ranges: corporate gift hampers in branded keepsake boxes — tea and coffee, gourmet, wellness, eco, festive — and single branded objects for large runs, from ₹149 a unit for a rice-husk mug to executive sets in bamboo, cork and brass. Its signature piece is the Beautiful Bengal Box, a Bengali gift hamper from Kolkata that companies send at Durga Puja and Diwali.

What a buyer gets in writing: bulk pricing from 25 units, stepping down with quantity; one GST invoice with HSN codes per order; one-colour print, engraving, or box-and-card branding depending on the material; a physical sample before any run; ready-to-ship pieces dispatched within 24–48 hours of payment and a production window confirmed with the quote for branded work; tracked delivery across India to offices or to individual employee homes; international programmes on enquiry. The range is filtered by need — bulk giveaways, gifts for employees, eco-friendly corporate gifts, desk gifts, premium and executive gifts — and by budget, under ₹500 and under ₹1,000.

Where it is not the best fit: a 5,000-unit run of printed t-shirts or lanyards. That is merchandise, and the print-led companies below do it at a scale we do not chase.

2. BoxUp Luxury Gifting — premium hampers across a very wide range

The largest catalogue on this list by a distance — 1,920 product URLs in the public sitemap — with a corporate programme that offers custom logo printing and GST billing. The range leans premium: luxury hampers, festive boxes, curated sets. Best for a buyer who wants maximum choice at the higher end and is happy to work through a large catalogue. Check: MOQ and sampling are not stated publicly; ask for both in writing with the quote.

3. Confetti Gifts — personalised hampers and gift-idea depth

A personalised-gifting business with 630 products in its sitemap and, unusually, more than 500 guide and idea articles — if you have researched a gift online in India you have probably read one. Corporate hampers sit alongside a strong individual-gifting range. Best for personalised, D2C-style hampers for smaller teams and for buyers who want a lot of inspiration on the way in. Check: bulk terms, MOQ and GST invoicing are not stated on the public pages.

4. Loopify — eco-friendly and sustainable corporate gifting

Built around sustainable materials and customisable eco products, with dedicated account management and B2B invoicing described on the site, and 776 products in the sitemap. Best for CSR- and ESG-led programmes where the materials list is part of the brief and the buyer wants a single supplier for the whole sustainable range. Check: lead times and sampling on branded runs.

5. The Black Box Co. — design-led curated boxes

Curated gift boxes with a strong design identity — the box itself is part of the gift — and 551 products in the sitemap across individual and corporate ranges. Best for brands whose gift has to look a particular way on Instagram and in the unboxing, especially for client and partner gifting. Check: bulk MOQ, GST invoicing and per-address delivery are not stated publicly.

6. PrintStop — print-led merchandise at enterprise scale

A printing company first, a gifting company second, which is exactly why it belongs here: for logo-heavy merchandise in large volumes — notebooks, drinkware, apparel, joining kits — a print house with ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 27001:2022 certifications and an enterprise client list (Capgemini, Siemens, HDFC, Infosys and Deloitte are named on its site) is the right kind of supplier. Best for high-volume branded merchandise and onboarding kits for large enterprises. Check: curation is not the strength; if the gift needs to feel chosen rather than printed, look elsewhere.

7. IGP — individual recipients, same-day delivery in metros

One of India's largest online gifting platforms — flowers, cakes, personalised gifts and hampers — with same-day and midnight delivery in major cities. Best for a company sending individual gifts to named recipients on specific dates: a client's birthday, a colleague's wedding, a last-minute apology. Check: it is a consumer platform at heart; bulk branding, MOQ and GST invoicing for a 300-unit programme are not the core offer.

8. Ferns N Petals — occasion gifts and flowers for named recipients

A nationwide gifting network founded in 1994, known for flowers and occasion gifts, with corporate hampers as part of the range. Best for festival and occasion gifting to individual clients and partners across many cities, where a flower-and-hamper combination and reliable delivery matter more than logo branding. Check: bulk branding options and per-unit tiers are not published.

9. OffiNeeds — onboarding kits and custom merchandise

A corporate gifting and merchandise company with more than seventeen years in the market, positioned around onboarding kits, custom merchandise and startup-to-enterprise programmes. Best for HR teams building a standard joining kit that repeats every month. Check: MOQ, sampling and GST terms are not stated on the public pages.

10. Swageazy — branded swag and apparel

Branded merchandise, promotional products and apparel — the swag end of corporate gifting, where the logo is the point. Best for event kits, dealer meets and employer-branding programmes that need hoodies, caps and tote bags in quantity. Check: curation and hampers are not the offer.

  • Individual gifts to named recipients on specific dates — IGP, Ferns N Petals.

How to choose a corporate gifting company: the six questions

Whichever name you shortlist, get these six answers in writing before the purchase order. A company that answers all six on its website usually answers them on the order too.

  1. What is the minimum order, and how do prices step down with quantity? List prices are single-unit prices; the tier for your exact number is the real price.
  2. Is a GST invoice with HSN codes issued on every order? Note that input tax credit on goods given away as gifts is blocked under Section 17(5)(h) of the CGST Act, and gifts to an employee up to ₹50,000 in a financial year are not treated as a supply — so the invoice is for expense booking and audit, not for credit. The full rules, including hamper rates after the September 2025 slabs and Section 194R, are in our guide to GST on corporate gifts in India. Confirm your own treatment with your CA.
  3. How does the logo go on each material? Print on glass, rice husk and paper; engraving on bamboo, cork and wood; box, sleeve, ribbon and card on hampers. Ask for the digital mock-up before anything is printed.
  4. Can I hold a sample before the run? Changes are cheap on a sample and impossible on five hundred delivered boxes.
  5. What is the production window, and is it in the quote? Ready-to-ship pieces should move within a day or two of payment; branded runs need a stated window. Share the delivery date before anything else.
  6. Can you deliver to each employee's home, and what does multi-address dispatch cost? Most programmes now ship to homes; the quote should price it by address count, with tracking on every parcel.

Two more that matter for employee gifting specifically: under Income-tax Rule 3(7)(iv), gifts from an employer above an aggregate of ₹5,000 in a financial year are taxable as a perquisite in the employee's hands, so most per-head budgets are set with that limit in mind; and for a varied workforce, the safest gifts avoid alcohol-adjacent items, heavy sweets and anything gendered.

Frequently asked questions

Which is the best corporate gifting company in India?

There is no single best; there is a best fit for the brief. For curated, branded hampers and bulk gifts with MOQ, GST, samples and delivery stated up front, The Happiness Story; for the widest premium catalogue, BoxUp; for print-led merchandise at scale, PrintStop; for sustainable programmes, Loopify; for individual recipients on a date, IGP or Ferns N Petals.

What is a typical minimum order for corporate gifts in India?

Where it is published, bulk pricing usually begins around 25 units, with smaller orders possible on ready-to-ship pieces. Most companies on this list do not publish an MOQ at all, so ask for it in writing with the quote.

How much do corporate gifts cost per head in India?

Most programmes land between ₹500 and ₹1,000 per head for employees and everyday client gestures; leadership and key-client gifts run from about ₹2,000 upwards. Single branded objects start near ₹150 a unit before bulk tiers.

Do corporate gifting companies deliver to employees' homes?

The better ones do, priced by address count with tracking per parcel. It is the normal shape of a remote or hybrid team programme now, and worth confirming before you shortlist.

Can I claim GST input credit on corporate gifts?

Generally no. Section 17(5)(h) of the CGST Act blocks input tax credit on goods disposed of as gifts, so the GST is usually a cost; employee gifts up to ₹50,000 a year are not a supply. Get a GST invoice with HSN codes regardless, for expense booking, and confirm your position with a chartered accountant.
