Description
WHY THIS ONE, AND WHY IT IS NOT ANOTHER DRY FRUIT BOX

There is a gap in Diwali gifting that almost nobody fills. At the top of the market you can buy beautiful food. At the bottom you can buy a packet of diyas. What is hard to find is a box that takes the *puja* as seriously as it takes the sweets — because the ritual is the reason the festival exists, and it is the part a gift usually treats as decoration.

This box is more than half ritual by piece count. Twenty dhoop cones and three havan cups, which are the things people actually run out of on the day. Forty incense sticks. Two ceramic diyas. A Swastik symbol and a Shubh Labh for the doorway. Roli moli for the tilak and the thread. A household doing Lakshmi Puja properly can do it out of this box without a trip to the market.

THE FOOD IS REAL FOOD, NOT FILLER

50g of snack mix that is genuinely a mix — cashew, almonds and pistachios with flax, sunflower, chia and pumpkin seeds. 40g of kesariya misri, the saffron rock sugar offered after a puja. Six assorted chocolates. 40g of mouth freshener with fennel, dates, melon and coriander seeds and silver-leaf coated cardamom.

Every quantity is printed on the pack and printed here. That is not standard in this category, and it is the single cheapest thing a seller can do to be trusted.

THE BOX IS THE FIRST THING THEY SEE

A foiled carton printed with Lakshmi and Ganesh seated on lotuses on a Himalayan lake, in the bright folk-art register the festival actually belongs to — not the muted gold that every premium hamper defaults to. Inside the lid is a printed blessing about what the two deities mean together: fortune and foresight, one bringing the grace of growth and the other the path to it.

WHO IT IS FOR

The household you are visiting on Diwali evening. A housewarming, where a new home needs its first puja things. A wedding gift where something devotional lands better than something decorative. And on a corporate list, the box for recipients whose Diwali is a ritual rather than a long weekend — which is most of them, and which almost no corporate hamper acknowledges.

Item info
● Snack Mix (50g) – Cashew, almonds, pistachios, flax seeds, sunflower seeds, chia seeds and pumpkin seeds. A genuine mix rather than one nut padded out with raisins, and the seeds make it the one item in the box someone will still be eating in a week.
● Kesariya Misri (40g) – Saffron-tinted rock sugar in a glass jar. The crystal traditionally offered after a puja and after a meal, and the correct sweet for a box built around the ritual.
● Edible Treats (6 pieces) – Assorted chocolates.
● Mouth Freshener (40g) – In a glass jar: fennel, dates, melon seeds, coriander seeds, grated desiccated coconut, silver-leaf coated cardamom seeds, herbs and spices. What gets passed round after the meal.
● Dhoop Cones (20 pieces) – Cone incense for the puja and for the room afterwards. Twenty is a real quantity, not a token three.
● Havan Cups (3 pieces) – Ready-to-light cups for the havan. The item households most often find they are short of on the day.
● Incense Sticks (40 pieces) – A full box, in the same artwork as the gift carton.
● Ceramic Diyas (2 pieces) – Glazed ceramic rather than raw terracotta, so they can be washed and used again next year.
● Swastik Symbol (1 piece) – For the doorway or the threshold.
● Shubh Labh Symbol (1 piece) – The auspicious mark for the entrance.
● Roli Moli (1 piece) – Roli for the tilak and the sacred thread that goes with it.
● Message Card – The box carries a printed blessing inside the lid on what Lakshmi and Ganesh mean together.
● Foiled Gift Carton – Printed with Lakshmi and Ganesh seated on lotuses against a Himalayan lake, in a bright folk-art palette. Compact enough to carry to someone's house.

Additional information
WHAT IS IN IT, AND WHY THE RATIO IS THE POINT

Thirteen lines, and eight of them are for the puja. That ratio is the product decision. A Diwali gift that is 90% food treats the festival as an occasion for eating; this one treats it as a ritual that happens to be followed by eating, which is the right way round.

The pieces people actually run short of on the day are the dhoop cones and the havan cups, and there are twenty of the first and three of the second. The incense box holds forty sticks. The two ceramic diyas are glazed rather than raw terracotta, so they wash and come out again next year.

THE FOOD

50g of snack mix — cashew, almonds and pistachios with flax, sunflower, chia and pumpkin seeds. 40g of kesariya misri in a glass jar, the saffron rock sugar offered after a puja. Six assorted chocolates. And 40g of mouth freshener: fennel, dates, melon seeds, coriander seeds, grated desiccated coconut, silver-leaf coated cardamom seeds, herbs and spices.

Every weight is printed on the pack and repeated here. Nutritional information for each edible is printed on the carton.

THE BOX

A foiled carton printed with Lakshmi and Ganesh seated on lotuses against a Himalayan lake, in a bright folk-art palette rather than the muted gold most premium hampers default to. Inside the lid is a printed blessing on what the two deities mean together — Ganesha as the remover of obstacles and the symbol of new beginnings, Lakshmi as abundance in peace and kindness as well as in wealth.

It is compact and flat enough to carry to someone's house, which is how most of these are actually given.

CARE AND SAFETY

Never leave a lit diya, dhoop cone or incense stick unattended, and keep all three away from curtains, children and pets. Burn dhoop cones and havan cups on a heatproof plate — they get hot underneath. Keep both glass jars closed between uses and store them away from damp. The ceramic diyas wash by hand.

ALLERGENS

Contains tree nuts — cashew, almonds and pistachios — plus chocolate and desiccated coconut. Full ingredient and nutritional information is printed on the carton. Please check with us before sending this box to anyone with a food allergy.

FOR BULK AND CORPORATE ORDERS

Nothing in the box is perishable or temperature-sensitive, so it can be ordered ahead of the festival fortnight and held. Send us your quantity and the date you need delivery and we will confirm both, with a GST invoice.
Returns
Hampers are not eligible for return, exchange or refund, with the single exception of a hamper that arrives damaged in transit, which must be reported to the delivery partner at the time of delivery so the claim can be raised.

CUSTOMIZE IT — LOGOS, BRANDING & BULK ORDERS.

The carton is flat, rigid and fully printed, so a corporate run can carry your logo on the lid alongside the artwork, and your message can replace the printed blessing inside it. Send us your quantity and the date you need delivery and we will come back with a mock-up before anything is printed.

FAQs

Questions, answered

10
1What is inside the Lakshmi Ganesh Prosperity Gift Box?
Thirteen lines: 50g snack mix, 40g kesariya misri, 6 chocolates, 40g mouth freshener, 20 dhoop cones, 3 havan cups, 40 incense sticks, 2 diyas, Swastik and Shubh Labh symbols, roli moli and a card.
2Is this box suitable for an actual Lakshmi Puja?
Yes, that is what it is built for. Dhoop cones, havan cups, incense sticks, ceramic diyas, Swastik and Shubh Labh symbols and roli moli cover the evening without a trip to the market.
3How many pieces are the puja items?
20 dhoop cones, 3 havan cups, 40 incense sticks, 2 ceramic diyas, 1 Swastik symbol, 1 Shubh Labh symbol and 1 roli moli. Eight of the thirteen lines are for the puja.
4What is in the snack mix?
50g of cashew, almonds and pistachios with flax seeds, sunflower seeds, chia seeds and pumpkin seeds. A genuine mix rather than one nut padded out.
5Are the diyas reusable?
Yes. They are glazed ceramic rather than raw terracotta, so they wash by hand and come out again next year, unlike the clay diyas that crack after one season.
6Does it contain nuts?
Yes — cashew, almonds and pistachios, plus chocolate and desiccated coconut. Full ingredients are printed on the carton. Please check with us before sending it to anyone with a food allergy.
7Is it FSSAI licensed and made in India?
Yes to both. The FSSAI licence number and the country of origin are printed on the carton, along with full ingredient and nutritional information for every edible.
8Can I order it ahead of Diwali?
Yes. Nothing in the box is perishable or temperature-sensitive, so it can be ordered early and held rather than landing in the same festival fortnight as everything else.
9Can we add our company logo for bulk orders?
Yes. The carton is flat, rigid and fully printed, so your logo can sit on the lid alongside the artwork and your message can replace the printed blessing inside it.
10Is this a good housewarming or wedding gift?
It is one of the best. A new home needs its first puja things, and a devotional gift lands differently at a wedding than a decorative one does.
