CARE AND USE

Burn the dhoop cones on the terracotta holder supplied, or on any heatproof dish, and never on bare wood or cloth. Keep both the cones and the sticks somewhere dry and closed — damp is what stops incense lighting cleanly. Fill the glazed well of each diya with oil and use a cotton wick; wipe the clay with a dry cloth once it has cooled and store the diyas wrapped so the hand-painting does not rub. Keep the bamboo notebook and pen away from prolonged damp, and wipe the bamboo with a dry cloth rather than a wet one. Open the planter kit and follow the instructions inside; sow within a few months for the best germination.

Hampers are not eligible for return, exchange or refund, with the single exception of a hamper that arrives damaged in transit, which must be reported to the delivery partner at the time of delivery so the claim can be raised.
