On a large enough order a printed satin ribbon tag can be added at the drawstring as a second surface — that one is subject to a sample first, because the tag has to sit against the cords without fighting the tassel.

Returns

Hampers are not eligible for return, exchange or refund, and branded units are non-returnable once produced. The only exception is a hamper damaged in transit, which must be reported to the delivery partner at the time of delivery so the claim can be raised.
