Replacement for manufacturing defects or transit damage reported within 48 hours, unused and in original packaging. Cork is a natural material — grain and shade vary piece to piece and isn't a defect. Branded units are non-returnable once produced.

1How does a logo print on cork — will it look crisp on a textured surface?

Cork takes a laser engrave cleanly, which gives a subtle tonal mark that suits the material; flat-colour print is also possible but shows the grain. We'll recommend the better method for your logo at sample stage and show you both if you're unsure.

2Is the cork notebook genuine cork or a printed look?

It's a real cork-surface cover over a bound A5 book — the texture and grain you see are the actual material, which is why no two covers are identical.

3Can the glassware go in the dishwasher or microwave?

Hand-washing is safest for the cork bands and bamboo lid, which shouldn't be submerged for long or microwaved. The glass bodies themselves tolerate normal use; we include care notes in the box.

4Cork Sphere or your other cork set — what's the difference?

This one is all-cork with a flap-closure notebook, a glass mug and a bamboo-lid straw tumbler. Our other cork collection uses an elastic-band notebook and a jute-sleeve bottle. Tell us your use-case and we'll point you to the better fit.

5Do you do a physical sample before a bulk run?

Yes — for branded bulk orders we produce a pre-production sample with your logo for approval before the full run. Cost and timeline depend on quantity and are confirmed with your quote.

6Is the gift box shipped assembled and gift-ready?

Yes — the forest-green box arrives assembled with items seated in the tray, ready to hand over. For large dispatches we can ship flat-packed to cut freight; just tell us.

The facts a buyer needs before asking for a quote — the same on every page.

Minimum order: Bulk pricing starts at 25 units and steps down with quantity. Smaller runs are possible on ready-to-ship pieces; leadership and key-client orders of ten or fewer are common.
Branding: One-colour logo print on bottles, mugs, notebooks and mouse pads; engraving on bamboo, cork and wood; box, sleeve, ribbon and card branding on hampers. Artwork goes to a digital mock-up before anything is printed.
Dispatch and lead time: Ready-to-ship pieces dispatch within 24–48 hours of payment. Branded, engraved or personalised runs carry a production window that is confirmed with the quote — share the delivery date first.
Samples: A physical sample of any hamper or branded piece can be sent before the run is confirmed. Allow about a week for sampling inside the timeline.
Payment and invoicing: Orders are prepaid. Every order ships with one GST invoice with HSN codes, covering all units and all delivery addresses.
GST treatment of gifts: A GST invoice is issued on every order. Input tax credit on goods given away as gifts is blocked under Section 17(5)(h) of the CGST Act; gifts to an employee up to ₹50,000 in a financial year are not treated as a supply. Confirm the treatment for your case with your CA.
Delivery coverage: Tracked delivery across India to offices or to individual employee and client homes; multi-address dispatch is quoted by address count. International corporate programmes are handled on enquiry with the destination list.
